Read Before You Go

Published in Cancer, this report from the American Cancer Society National Prostate Cancer Roundtable presents expert-driven recommendations to improve the quality of prostate cancer screening, prevention, and patient outcomes in the United States. The outcomes of the ACS Prostate Cancer Collaborative directly inform the strategic priorities of the ACS NPCRT and serve as the basis for the Roundtable’s work plan and strategic roadmap, which will be released in the coming months. Please give this another read before you go!

Travel Home

Check-out is at 11:00 am. Please feel free to bring your luggage with you on day two of the meeting.

Reimbursement

The American Cancer Society is pleased to provide lodging, travel, and meals for all Summit attendees. With these arrangements in place, there should be little to no need for out-of-pocket expenses or reimbursement. Please remember that you have been provided Lyft passes for ground transportation and should use Lyft exclusively when traveling for Summit-related purposes.

If, for any reason, you incur expenses that require reimbursement, a digital copy of our Volunteer Expense Form (linked below), along with copies of all original receipts must be submitted along with the completed form within 30 days following the meeting using the submission link below. Please see below for our ACS Roundtable Volunteer and Staff Travel Policy to learn more about what is and isn't eligible for reimbursement. We will send reminders about reimbursement following our meeting.

We can't wait to see you in Atlanta! Reach out to ACS NPCRT Program Manager, Nyyah Green at nyyah.green@cancer.org, or ACS NPCRT Strategic Director, Lucas Brand at lucas.brand@cancer.org if you have questions.
