The webinar will explore the development and rationale behind the toolkit, provide an overview and demonstration of its resources, and highlight how the materials can address the needs and perspectives of health systems, practices, and providers. Attendees will also gain practical insights into using the toolkit effectively and how incorporating these resources into primary care can strengthen risk assessment and screening practices and ultimately patient outcomes.
